Strawberry Shortcake in a Jar

Ingredients:
*1 box of yellow cake mix prepared and baked into cupcakes
*1 pound of strawberries, washed, and sliced into bite size pieces
*1 Tbsp of sugar
*1 cup heavy whipping cream
*1 Tbsp powdered sugar
*1 tsp pure vanilla extract
*6 plastic cups or Jars

My favourite cake of all time is strawberry shortcake and having it in a jar means I can portion it out and take it with me on the go! I cannot stress how good this cake is even though it’s probably the most hideous thing you’ve ever seen, lol. Give it a try and let me know!

Korean Potato Salad

*3 Russet Potatoes (1 lb)
*1 Cup Apple
*½ Cup Canned Sweet Corn
*2 Eggs
*½ Cup Mayonnaise
*2 Tbsp Korean Drinking Yogurt or Lemon/Lime Soda
*½ Tbsp Sugar

If it’s made right, I love me some potato salad. I’ve had some in Korean restaurants before and always wondered why it tasted sweeter and crunchier. I noticed the apple chunks but it was something else too. Now I know what it is :). And you can too!

Apple Snickerdoodles (Cake Batter Cookie)

*2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
*1 1/2 cups sugar
*2 large eggs
*2 teaspoons vanilla
*1 large apple, peeled and shredded

*1/4 cup sugar
*2 teaspoons cinnamon

These cookies were supposed to be thinner and more dense but I may have over mixed it a bit. But it still makes for a great cake batter cookie! It’s softer and more airy. If you want more info, the original link is below.
